Louisiana Pride Grist Mill grinds field-dried corn to make Stone Ground Corn Meal, Stone Ground Corn Flour, Stone Ground Polenta and Stone Ground Grits. They are a small family-owned, family-operated grist mill located in Pride, Louisiana. Pride is just north of Baton Rouge, where I live.
They’ve been operating for a couple years already and are now establishing an Internet presence.
At this time, we’ve set up an “under construction” site with ordering and contact information. Longer term, they will have much more information on the site about their products.
