The Red Tree

Yes, that’s the real visible color. No, it’s not retouched and I did not use any filters on the Canon G2. That same tree was its usual shade of green a few minutes before this.

Two pines and the golden oak. The gold color is from the sky — before and afterwards, the tree was green. This was April, so this was not Fall foliage (and we have two colors for leaves in Baton Rouge — green and brown).
